PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in operation for integrating respective categories in a category hierarchical structure so as to match user's intention, and to reconstruct the category hierarchical structure in accordance with the integration operation. SOLUTION: A word vector generating section 31 of a document classification section 3 performs processing for generating a word vector of a document, processing for generating a word vector of a document in a category, and processing for generating a word vector of a category. A classification-clustering section 32 performs document classification-clustering processing. An integration category candidate showing section 41 of a category integration section 4 shows a category of integration candidates into an integration origin category selected by a user. When a category of an integration destination is selected from the integration candidates, the category integration section 4 integrates categories of the integration origin and the integration destination. An out-of-elected category integration section 42 further integrates categories similar to the integrated category.
