PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool with a distortion amount measuring function having a semiconductor distortion sensor provided inside, with which the distortion sensor is easily and correctly installed on the fastening tool, distortion is accurately measured, and a fluctuation in sensitivity is small. SOLUTION: The fastening tool with a distortion amount measuring function includes the semiconductor distortion sensor for measuring a distortion amount of the fastening tool, a sensor holding member for holding the semiconductor distortion sensor, and a stress propagating member for transmitting stress applied to the fastening tool to the semiconductor distortion sensor and/or the sensor holding member. The fastening tool includes a hole in an axial direction containing a center axis of the fastening tool. The sensor holding member holding the distortion sensor is inserted into the hole.
