<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet for loading and unloading for locking a paper pallet to upper and lower plates without using an adhesive. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing the pallet for loading and unloading that includes the upper and lower plates connected together via pressure resistant members disposed between them, in the pallet, the upper and lower plates are provided with insertion holes for being connected to the pressure resistant members, and the pressure resistant members have legs at the upper and lower ends thereof, the legs being firmly fitted into the insertion holes.
