The invention relates to a test configuration (10, 40, 60) for the impulse voltage test of electric high-voltage components with a lightning generator (12, 42, 74) in form of a tower-like structure. The lightning generator (12, 42, 74) can be moved between a first almost horizontal position (12) within a cuboid container (14, 62) having a first and a second container end, and an almost vertical position (42) relative to the container (14, 62). A movement between the two positions includes a pivoting movement about a rotational axis (22) transversally to the longitudinal direction of the lightning generator (12, 42, 74). The container (14, 62) can be closed at the top by at least one moveable cover (16, 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d). |
