The component has a flexible pipe connecting part (1) i.e. corrugated pipe, provided between two pipe connecting parts i.e. pipe couplings (3), and made of an arbitrary suitable material. A spiral spring (2) is arranged around the flexible connecting part, where an initial position of the component is effected by a return spring or the spiral spring by utilizing inner pressure of a fluid medium e.g. water, of a pipe system. The flexible connecting part is guided into a flexible parallel folding tube, and a circular component is provided at a movable end of the flexible connecting part.
