PURPOSE:To suppress the consumption of a back-up power source of a limited capacity by stopping display by a display means at the time of a service interruption. CONSTITUTION:When a service interruption is generated, a power source is switched to a back-up power source B, and simultaneously, this service interruption is detected by a service interruption detecting means 1d in a timer operation controlling circuit 1, and at the same time as this detection, an off-signal is outputted from an output means 1e irrespective of the timer operation of this time or the contents of setting by an output changeover switch 4, and a latching relay is inverted to an offside. Also, a display operation of a liquid crystal display part 2 is stopped, holding of storage contents of a memory 1b, and a continuation of a time counting operation of a clock means 1a are executed, and also the timer operation controlling circuit 1 is migrated to a stand-by operating state for receiving a key input in signal processing means, by only a mode switch. |
