<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device with a decelerator that achieves miniaturization by a simple structure in a motor device with a decelerator having a worm and a worm wheel. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 1 with a decelerator has a motor part 2, which includes a stator 3, a rotor shaft 4, and a commutator 6 provided on the rotor shaft, and a deceleration part 19 including a worm shaft 21, which is pivotally supported so as to be coaxial with the rotor shaft and has a worm 23, and a worm wheel 22. The worm shaft has a fitting hole 24, which is drilled at the axial end on the side of the motor part so as to coaxially receive the rotor shaft protruding from the commutator, and a protrusion or a groove 25 provided at a part being the axial end on the side of the motor part and located outside the fitting hole.
