<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately fix a substrate to a housing substrate in the thickness direction of the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A leveling device for a vehicular headlight is equipped with a printed circuit board 14 having the plate-like substrate 23 and insulations 48 provided on both faces of the substrate 23, and fixing parts 33, 34 provided in the housings 9, 10 to fix the printed circuit board 14 by holding it between them in the thickness direction of the printed circuit board 14 matching the reciprocating direction of a shaft 12. Non insulation parts 50, 51 removed of the insulations 48 are provided in portions in positions of the fixing parts 33, 34 of the printed circuit board 14.
