<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus continuously refining an organic solvent, and stably removing moisture from a large amount of the organic solvent, dispensing with replacement of an adsorbent basically. <P>SOLUTION: The solvent refining apparatus includes an adsorbing process of adsorbing moisture contained in the organic solvent by passing the organic solvent through the adsorbent filled in an adsorbing tower, and a desorbing process of desorbing the moisture adsorbed in the adsorbent by passing inert gas or air through the adsorbent.
