<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content corresponding to user's interest at a proper timing. <P>SOLUTION: An information collection and analysis device 70 acquires text data, which is generated by a personal computer 30 and is browsed, from the personal computer through a user interface 40 and acquires text data of voice transmitted to and received from another piece of telephone equipment during speech, from digital telephone equipment 50. Interest of the user using the personal computer or the like is estimated based on text data per unit-time portion of text data. Estimation results of interest for specific text data (unit-time portion) is held and contents are acquired, and the held estimates of interest are compared with the estimation results of present user's interest when acquisition of contents is completed, and contents of high similarity are preferentially output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
