<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily renew the outward appearance of the case as a whole of a cellular phone. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An upper case 15 is inserted into a gap portion 4 of a nearly cylindrical upper case panel 1, and a panel-fixing cover 10 is screwed to an end of the upper case 15 which is not on the side of a hinge portion 17; and a lower case 16 is inserted into a gap portion 6 of a nearly cylindrical lower case panel 5, and a panel fixing cover 10 is screwed to an end of the upper case 16 which is not on the side of the hinge portion 17. The case panels 1 and 5 are nearly cylindrical so that the case panels 1 and 5 are covered substantially entirely, by being mounted on the upper case 15 and lower case 16 respectively.
