<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a gear transmission capable of fixing a motor to a carrier and fixing the motor to an internal gear, the gear transmission having reduced axial length. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The gear transmission 100 is provided with an external gear 2 eccentrically rotated while engaged with the internal gear 8 and a plurality of crankshafts 50 to which eccentric bodies 24 engaged with the external gear 2 and input gears 18 receiving torque transmitted from the motor 14 are fixed. The gear transmission 100 is further provided with a ring gear 16 having internal teeth and external teeth formed thereon. The input gears 18 are engaged with either one of the internal teeth or external teeth of the ring gear 16, and a motor gear 10 for transmitting torque of the motor 14 is engaged with the other.
