PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce product inconsistency in a return work occurring due to a change when the product has been changed in system development. SOLUTION: A product management server 1 for managing a product to be created for each process comprises: a product management information storage section for storing the anteroposterior relationship among processes of the product to be created in each process; a product change monitoring section for monitoring whether products have been changed or not, and extracting products to be checked as to modification as checking order information in the order of execution of modification, according to the change of the products and on the basis of the anteroposterior relationship in the product information storage section; and a product change informing section for sequentially transmitting a check request for the products to be checked as to modification to user terminals on the basis of the checking order information.
