PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a portion cup which generates no defective shaping during the shaping of the sheet into a portion cup because the sheet has neither distortion nor warp, which is not attached to a preheating hot plate before shaping, which keeps punching quality satisfactory in trimming and which is provided with a necessary high moisture barrier characteristic, rigidity and beautiful surface luster. SOLUTION: This sheet for a portion cup is structured by keeping the first polystyrene layer, the second polystyrene and polypropylene layer and the third polystyrene layer stacked in the order.
