PURPOSE: An operating device of a master robot is provided to apply a scissors-type link, thereby removing an unnecessary space for the rotation of the link around the handle bar. CONSTITUTION: An operating device of a master robot(1) is connected to the master robot in order to operate a slave robot connected to the master robot. The operating device comprises a joint unit(40), a scissors-type link unit(10), and a handle bar unit(50). The joint unit is coupled to the master robot. The scissors-type link unit is coupled to the joint unit. The handle bar unit is coupled to the scissors-type link unit. The scissors-type link unit connects the handle bar unit and the joint unit.
