<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a color filter, by which a flat color layer can be easily formed using an inkjet method. <P>SOLUTION: A color filter is manufactured by forming a black matrix 2a for a color filter on a substrate 1, forming a removable barrier wall 2b in the same pattern by a print method on the black matrix 2a, injecting ink into pixels enclosed by the barrier wall 2b to a height not exceeding the barrier wall 2b by an inkjet method to form a flat color layer, and removing the barrier wall 2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
