<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supplying device to used for cooling of a high-temperature particulate such as sintered ore, pellet or high-temperature clinker, which has excellent use efficiency and good maintenance property, and a high-temperature particulate cooling facility provided with the air supplying device. <P>SOLUTION: The upper part of water sealing chamber upper spaces 24i and 24i on a movable air passage 25 side is connected with the upper part of the movable air passages 25, and the air passages 25 are connected to each other in an annular form in a circumferential direction.
