PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus, a method of driving the same, and an imaging system capable of ideally detecting a flicker with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: There is provided a solid-state imaging apparatus characterized by having photoelectric conversion elements (101a to 101d) for converting light into charges arranged in a matrix, a transfer gate for transferring the converted charges to a floating node, a first transistor for amplifying a signal based on the potential of the floating node and outputting it to a signal line of each column, a second transistor for resetting the potential of the floating node, and a transfer means (109) for adding the signal of the signal line of each column based on the potential of the floating node after resetting the floating node by the second transistor.
