PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air circulation system of a building and a building having an air circulation structure capable of simultaneously achieving heat insulation of the building and improvement in comfortableness of the air environment of living space by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The air circulation system of the building comprises an air passage 10 arranged on the inside of at least either an exterior wall or a roof of the building, an air blower 50 forcibly circulating the air inside the air-passage space, an air-conditioning device 40 to which the air circulated by the air blower is introduced, and having a contact part where the introduced air comes into contact with the water, and a guide passage 55 guiding the treated air discharged from the air-conditioning device 40 into the building.
