PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding machine that has more superior heat resistance characteristics, and to provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer printed wiring board using the same. SOLUTION: The welding machine, which welds a member to be welded (structural components of an inner layer of the multilayer printed wiring board) at predetermined places, includes a first welding bit 11a and a second welding bit 11b which press and heat the member to be welded by clamping it from both surfaces of the member for welding. Then the first welding bit 11a is provided with a heater bit 131a and is coupled to an air cylinder 101 through the heater bit 131a and a laminated structure comprising a heat insulating member 132a, a heat dissipating member 133a, and a heat insulating member 134a.
