PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a blown film having extremely high cleanliness and desired size. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for producing the blown film is provided with a circular die 12, an inlet-side filter 14 and an outlet-side filter 16. The circular die 12 has a circular flow passage 12c, a gas introduction flow passage 12d and a gas discharge flow passage 12e. The circular flow passage 12c is used for discharging a cylindrical molten resin R (a bubble B) from an outlet thereof. The gas introduction flow passage 12d is used for introducing a gas into the bubble B. An outlet of the gas introduction flow passage 12d is positioned on the inside of an outlet of the circular flow passage 12c and an inlet of the gas introduction flow passage 12d is positioned on the outside of the outlet of the circular flow passage 12c.
