<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition that exhibits excellent impact resistant properties, particularly impact resistant properties at a lower temperature by employing a resin composition comprising PBN and a composite rubber-containing graft copolymer mixed therewith, based on wholehearted study on enhancement of impact resistant properties of PBN, particularly enhancement of impact resistant properties at a lower temperature. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyester resin composition comprises (C) 5-50 pts.mass of a filler, (D) 1-50 pts.mass of a flame-retardant, and (E) 0-3 pts.mass of a drip inhibitor, based on 100 pts.mass of a resin composition comprising (A) 99-50 pts.mass of a polybutylene naphthalene resin having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.60-1.30 dL/g and a terminal carboxy group concentration of ≤30.0 eq/10<SP>3</SP>kg and (B) 1-50 pts.mass of the composite rubber-containing graft copolymer obtained by graft-polymerizing one or more vinyl monomers onto a composite rubber comprised of a polyorganosiloxane rubber and a polyalkyl (meth)acrylate rubber mutually entangled inseparably to be integrated.
