<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a communication apparatus for improving HARQ (hybrid automatic repeat request) process uplink transmission so as to avoid disturbance to the uplink transmission by another UE (user equipment). Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method includes a stage wherein the HARQ entity of UE instructs a HARQ process to perform transmission or retransmission of a corresponding packet which corresponds to an uplink grant allocated to the UE, and a stage of flushing all HARQ buffers, corresponding to uplink transmission in the HARQ entity, when a time alignment timer of the UE expires.
