<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that the voice signals via voice signal communication are limited to one-to-one real-time communication and time-shift distribution (re-hearing through time-shift) to many specified telephone sets is impossible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The problem can be overcome by recording voice signals via voice signal communication, originating the voice signals only to the specified many telephone sets registered previously, and distributing the voice signals to these telephone sets. Time-shift can be enabled while keeping secrecy by storing the contents of voice signals recorded through voice signal communication and distributing such contents only to the requests from the specified many telephone sets.
