<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress horizontal line noises generated in an image obtained by imaging a dark object. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An imaging device includes an optoelectric conversion portion, a charge voltage conversion portion for converting charge generated in the optoelectric conversion portion into voltage, a pixel array in which not only pixels including an amplifier transistor for outputting a signal in response to the voltage of the charge voltage conversion portion to a column signal line are arranged to form a plurality of lines and columns but also a plurality of pixels are connected to each of the plurality of column signal lines, a plurality of readout portions for reading out signals from the pixel array through the plurality of column signal lines, and a plurality of load transistors for determining current flowing in the plurality of column signal lines. Further, the device includes a plurality of bias supplying portions for supplying each of different bias voltages to each gate of the load transistors disposed at least adjacent to each other in the plurality of load transistors.
