<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having heat resistance, hot water resistance, wear resistance, stain resistance and high surface hardness and further having high design quality, outdoor weatherability, resistance to a strong acid and antifouling property stain, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A surface film, which has a primer layer 4 formed and integrated on the soft layer 3 side of an electron beam curing resin film consisting of at least two layers different in surface hardness, and a sheet impregnated or coated with a thermosetting resin are put into contact through the primer layer 4 of the surface film and made into one body by heat and pressure.
