<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple rolled paper container which has a function that it is possible to easily perform a series of operations to hold the end of paper by one hand alone, draw out it with required length, and cut it and furthermore to employ without touching any parts of the rolled paper container when employing the roll paper of the rolled paper container. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The roll paper 1 is put into a roll paper case 2 with a cut end in a direction of drawing out from the bottom after a cover 5 is raised and attached to a magnet 4. Further the cut end of the paper 1 is pulled out, turned up by a shaft 7, and hung down near a horizontal bar 11 with a blade in the lower part of an arm 8, the cover 5 is placed on the roll paper 1, and a set is finalized. When employing it, the paper 1, which is hung down, is held, pulled out to this side, turned to the back side of the horizontal bar 11 with the blade, and cut by pulling to this side. A series of these operations can easily be performed by one hand alone and moreover it is possible not to touch the rolled paper container except when changing the roll paper 1.
