PURPOSE:To be able to keep the temp. at the drain part in such temp. as dew condensed drain water is not frozen by forming an exhaust path that is placed at the lower part of a heat exchanger exchanging heat between exhaust and suction air and passes through the drain hole part to let flow a part of exhaust air discharged by an exhaust fan without exchanging heat with suction air. CONSTITUTION:Room air flows in the paths 28a of a heat exchanger 10 from a suction hole 8 to exchange heat with outdoor air and then is discharged from an exhaust hole 12. When humidity in room air is condensed to become dew-consensed water and the water drops in the bottom wall part of an outer case 1, the water is drained out from a drain hole 13 into the outdoor. A part of room air passes above the hole 13 and an insulating element 29 is placed between the bottom plate 19 forming an upper part of an exhaust path 30 and a heat-exchanging element 2, and therefore room air passing through the path 30 is not reduced in temp. to prevent dew condensed water from freezing. |
