<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Japanese drum, strengthening press-bonding of a beating surface leather of the Japanese drum to the end face of a barrel to secure uniform tension of the whole beating surface part, and further preventing the occurrence of cracks from an insert hole and a seam of the beating surface leather. <P>SOLUTION: In this Japanese drum 1, the beating surface leather 3 is adhered from the outer periphery of the end face 21 of the barrel 2 to the upside of a large-diameter leather adhering ring 7 and adhered over the leather adhering ring 7 by sewing 8 its periphery to a folded-back end part 31 along the leather adhering ring 7, and press-bonded to both end faces 21 of the barrel 2. A pressure ring 4 is installed on the beating surface leather 3 between the outer periphery of the end face of the barrel 2 and the leather adhering ring 7, and the beating surface leather 3 is adhered by pressing it through the pressure ring 4 by a pressing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
