<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening and closing device for a vehicle capable of opening and closing the door for the vehicle by determining the presence of the opening and closing operation of the user for the door without erroneous detection. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for opening and closing the vehicle door by detecting the input of an opening and closing instruction operation of the user for the door includes a vibration detection sensor 10 which is attached to the structural member of the door through an intermediate member and which detects the vibration caused by the opening and closing instruction operation provided by the user to the door; an oscillation waveform detection means 15 for acquiring an upper waveform and a lower waveform with respect to the amplitude reference of the oscillation waveform obtained from the oscillation detection sensor 10; and a determination means 20 for determining the presence of the opening and closing instruction operation of the door by the user according to the comparison between the amplitude level of the upper waveform and the amplitude level of the lower waveform acquired by the oscillation waveform detection means 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
