<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part replenishment system for a bulk feeder easily and accurately replenishing a part to the bulk feeder. <P>SOLUTION: The part replenishment system for a bulk feeder is provided with a part storing case 120 which is dismounted from the bulk feeder 100 when part replenishment is conducted, an RFID tag 124 for storing types of parts to be stored in the part storing case 120 as part information, part replenishing containers 310, 320 for housing many parts, RFID tags 313, 322 for storing the types of the parts housed in the part replenishing containers 310, 320 as part information, a reader/writer 203 for reading the part information of the part storing case 120 and the part information of the part replenishing containers 310, 320, a controller 207 for collating both of the part information and determining consistency and inconsistency, and a display unit 204 for displaying a determination result as a message. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
