<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile terminal equipment for extending a service area by increasing a communication distance or reducing communication dead zones by properly demodulating a reception signal in a reader/writer function while maintaining a clock signal to be used internally so as to be produced from a carrier of the reception signal in a non-contact IC card function. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal equipment includes: an antenna 1 for receiving a radio wave from a non-contact IC card or a reader/writer; a rectifier 3 for rectifying a signal received by the antenna 1; a carrier attenuator 4 for remarkably attenuating a carrier component of the signal rectified by the rectifier 3 in comparison to an envelop component in communication with the non-contact IC card; an ALC circuit 10 which performs control to fix an amplitude of a difference, caused by the carrier component in an output signal from the carrier attenuator 4, between an upper limit value and a lower limit value of the amplitude; and a demodulation circuit 13 for demodulating an output signal of the ALC circuit 10 into a digital signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
