<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily attain a high-reliability survey for collecting natural information, without having to resort to relating to consciousness, intentions, desires, and needs, etc., of people, enhancing the reliability and efficiency in the survey, and limiting a range to be the specified location range. <P>SOLUTION: A first display 21 displays a shopping area guide image, so as to give convenience to a shopping area and shoppers and also to attract the shoppers. An information reading/writing part 23 reads identification information of a portable terminal 5 carried by the shopper, and a contact position detecting part 24, having a touch panel obtains button information which indicates a button selected by the shopper. A second display 22 displays a merchandise image. A visual line detecting part 25 obtains visual line information which indicates the visual line of the shopper viewing the merchandise image.
