<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production planning system for making an optimum production plan even if there are many kinds of assembly parts and a large number of assembly parts. <P>SOLUTION: The production planning system includes: an operational record database 2 for recording operating hours measured in each production process for products produced in the past on a production line 6 in association with specifications of each product; a similar product search-load prediction data generating unit 3 for searching the operational record database for products similar to a new product, based on the specifications of the product, and generating load prediction data; an optimum solution search control-production simulation computing unit 4 for simulating the production order of the new product, based on the load prediction data, and determining an optimum production order which minimizes the production time; and a production plan output unit 11 for making a production plan based on the optimum production order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
