<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated composite material fixing structure maintainable the surface aesthetic appearance, capable of securing sufficient connection strength, having excellent efficiency, and enabling economical joining operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laminated composite material fixing structure includes a laminated composite material 3 which is formed by fixing a sheet metal on the front and backsides of a resin serving as a core and which has an oval-shaped opening 7 formed in the sheet metal on the backside and a cylindrical space 8 having a diameter equal to the long side of the opening formed in the resin 4 on the lower side of the lower layer thereof. A T-weld nut 1 is inserted into the cylindrical space 8 through the opening 7 formed in the laminated composite material 3.
