<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flanged tray having a high sealing characteristic and a flanged tray having a lid. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a planer configuration blank in which a bottom surface corresponding part (a) having plural sides is arranged at the central part of the blank, a sidewall corresponding part (b) is arranged at its outer edge, a flange corresponding part (c) is arranged at its outer edge, flanged flap corresponding parts of each of the corners and a sidewall flap corresponding part are connected and arranged and at the same time there is provided a substantial fan-shaped flap corresponding part having each of the flanged flap corresponding parts of three pieces defined by mutual parallel four lines is folded, fixed and formed along predetermined lines, the blank is folded and formed in a cubic configuration with flange connecting parts (h) closely adhering without any clearance being applied as a main point under application of an external force requiring a new compression force acted for both flanges in two directions around the flange corner in its in-plane direction, thereafter a flanged tray and a flanged tray integral with a lid member can be attained through fixing and formation of the blank.
