<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet flying device capable of preventing plugging caused by deposition of ink easily generated in a conventional nozzle, and capable of securing printing quality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A nozzle plate 12 formed with a nozzle hole 7 is constituted replaceably in an acoustic inkjet printer for carrying out printing by passing vibration, as acoustic radiation pressure 5, through an acoustic propagation member 4 and the ink 10 in an ink reservoir 9, and for flying thereby a liquid droplet 6 from an ink liquid face of the nozzle hole, to carry out the printing. The nozzle plate is automatically conveyed to a usual use position, when laid in a new plate temporary laying position 19 inside a head body by a hand.
