<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique efficiently achieving movement and fixing of a plurality of light-shielding members on an upper part of a windshield of a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sunshade device attached to a vehicle body and adjusting an incident light from the upper part of the windshield of the vehicle body is provided. The sunshade device is provided with: a first light-shielding part movable in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body and varying the light-shielding state of the upper part by the movement; a second light-shielding part movable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body and varying the light-shielding state of a rear part than the first light-shielding part by the movement; a motive power part for moving the second light-shielding part in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle; and a connection part operated by any one connection mode of a vehicle body connection mode for connecting the first light-shielding part to the vehicle body and a light-shielding mode for connecting the first light-shielding part to the second light-shielding part.
