<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of improving refrigerating capacity and coefficient of performance without increasing costs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the device having a refrigerant circuit 10 constituted by successively connecting an evaporator 11 for evaporating a refrigerant, a compressor 12 for sucking and compressing the refrigerant discharged from the evaporator 11, a condenser 13 for condensing the refrigerant compressed by the compressor 12, and an expanding mechanism 14 for decompressing and expanding the refrigerant discharged from the condenser 13 and delivering the same to the evaporator 11, by refrigerant piping 15, the expanding mechanism 14 is formed by spirally winding piping in which the refrigerant passes, separates the passing refrigerant into a gas-phase refrigerant and a liquid-phase refrigerant by centrifugal force, and includes an evaporation suppressing pipe 14 of gas-liquid separation flow decompression mode for suppressing phase change of the liquid-phase refrigerant to the gas-phase refrigerant.
