<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level difference elimination member which makes possible safe passage of humans or the like by being strongly attached to a constructed iron plate, and which can be attached in agreement with constructed iron plates of various widths by connecting more than one piece. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The level difference elimination member A is brought into intimate contact with the side 2a of the constructed iron plate 2, and is provided with a magnet 4 and a tilting object 3. The horizontal sectional profile of the magnet 4 is nearly an L shape, and the thickness of the tilting object 3 decreases gradually from the end 3b on the constructed iron plate 2 side to the end 3a on the passage side on the other side. The tilting object 3 has a slope part with a gradual down grade so that humans and wheelchairs can travel from the end 3b on the constructed iron plate 2 side to the end 3a on the passage side. The magnet 4 is constituted by a base 4a and an edge part 4b. The base 4a is attached so that it covers the side 3c on the constructed iron plate 2 side of the tilting object 3, and the edge part 4b is attached so that it covers part of the side 3d on the right side of the surfaces which are adjacent to the side 3c on the constructed iron plate 2 side.
