PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation of a barrier cylinder into a mold in an insert molding process by eliminate a taper of the outer side face of a cylindrical body of the barrier cylinder wound with a barrier film of a spout with a barrier property, and to enable preparation of a shape of a label without taking the taper into consideration when the barrier film is used as the label. SOLUTION: In the spout of a bag container with the spout consisting of the spout consisting of a cap part, an opening part and an adhesive part continuously provided on the lower part of the opening part, and the bag container stuck on the adhesive part, the taper of the outer face cylindrical face of the cylindrical body being approximately equal to the inner diameter of the opening part is set to 0°, a draw taper is provided on the inner face cylindrical face, a lower flange is provided on the end part in the upstream direction of the direction to which a resin flows when integral molding of the spout to prepare the cylindrical body, the barrier cylinder is made by winding the barrier film on the cylindrical body, and the barrier cylinder is integrally molded to prepare the spout with the barrier property.
