PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of being matched to a kitchen when it is built therein without performing difficult work of construction. SOLUTION: The high-frequency heating device comprising a heating chamber 2, a heating means for heating a heated object in the heating chamber, a door 4 for opening and closing the heating chamber 2, a control section 5 for controlling the heating means, and an operating section 6 for controlling the driving of the heating means, is loaded on a movable carriage 7 and fixed, a vertically adjustable decorative board 10 is disposed on a front face of the carriage 7, and a line of a riser section (foot setting section) of the kitchen 1 and the decorative board 10 are matched by adjusting a position of the decorative board 10.
