<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erroneous delivery of transfer mail by providing a technology for automatically checking the validity of a transfer destination address in e-mail, and permitting the transfer with respect to the transfer destination address which is confirmed in the validity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: E-mail management devices (1, 2) each managing the transfer destination of the e-mail include: receiving parts each receiving the setting request of the transfer destination address with respect to the reception address of the e-mail; and checking parts each checking the adequacy of the transfer destination address.
