LIGHT BYPASS METHOD FOR LOOP NETWORK

PURPOSE:To avoid the disturbance produced in a switching mode by setting a delay circuit into an optical accessor and avoiding a time difference produced between the signal passed through each part of a node device and the bypass signal of said accessor. CONSTITUTION:The transmission signals given from other node device are supplied to an optical accessor 202 through an input transmission line 108 and then branched into an O/E converting part 103 and an output transmission line 109. The signals transmitted to the line 109 are attenuated in the accessor 202 and transmitted with delay given from a delay device 203. When the node device has abnormality, the output of optical signal is stopped to the accessor 202 from an E/O converting part 102. The signals supplied from the line 108 are supplied to the line 109 and delayed by the device 203. These delayed signals are inputted again to the line 109. While the transmission signals of other node devices can be transmitted in the same way as normal.
