PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively match the posture of a cargo with a correct posture, which is to be delivered from a transfer device. SOLUTION: This stacker crane to deliver the cargo between a first loading place and a second loading place includes; a main carriage 4 free to travel on a track laid along the first loading place and the second loading place; the transfer device 30 set on the main carriage 4 and free to transfer the cargo in the horizontal direction orthogonal to the travelling direction of the main carriage 4 at the first loading place or between the first loading place and the second loading place; a rotating device 34 free to rotate the transfer device 30 within a horizontal surface; and posture correcting means 100, 200, 300 to correct the posture of the cargo by fetching the posture of the cargo on the transfer device 30 with image pick-up and controlling the main carriage 4, the transfer device 30 and the rotating device 34 in accordance with the fetched posture of the cargo on the transfer device 30.
