PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular sunshade which can strike a balance among a light blocking effect, a heat blocking effect and the improvement of visibility from vehicle interior to vehicle exterior, and which makes it difficult to see the vehicle interior from the vehicle exterior. SOLUTION: The vehicular sunshade can be developed to cover a windowpane of a vehicle from the vehicle interior side, and is provided with a membrane-like shade member 11 capable of blocking at least a part of light penetrating through the windowpane into the vehicle interior. The shade member 11 comprises a screen 11a (a polyester-fiber fabric) on which a plurality of through-holes 11c are arranged, and a reflective layer 11b which is formed on a vehicle exterior-side surface of the screen 11a and is made of metal (stainless steel) coating for covering a part of the screen 11a except the through-holes 11c.
