Therefore, a load quantity in each group can be calculated and held exactly,and the uniform allocation of the load can be performed. Also, in the calculation of the load quantity, and the allocation of a request, since it is enough to object directly only a few of low-order groups, and it is enough to object only the total load quantities of the groups, the constitution of a circuit, or an interface can be simplified, and it is possible to provide plural number of load administration and allocation circuits corresponding to each group, and it is possible to obtain a distributing parallel process type of load administration and allocation by an in-group paralleled pipeline, and an inter-group pipeline. |
