PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the wrong use of software programs by providing a check routine which controls the execution programs and a signal generating circuit which generates a response signal having a preliminarily set period. CONSTITUTION:The check routine which decides that the period of the response signal, which is obtained at the time of preliminarily set data is outputted to a port of a program executing device 1, is a preliminarily set period to control the execution of a program is built in the program executed by a program executing device 1. A signal generating circuit 3, which is connected to the port of the program executing device 1 and generates the response signal to preliminarily set pattern data at a preliminarily set period when this patter data is given, is provided correspondingly to the program. Since the program executed by the program executing device 1 is not operated unless the response from the signal generating circuit 3 given to the port of the program executing device at a prescribed period in accordance with prescribed output data is detected, the wrong use is prevented effectively. |
