<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor blade having a predetermined contour depth and a wind power generation device with better efficiency than before. <P>SOLUTION: In the rotor blade of the wind power generation device, a cross-sectional thickness of a rotor blade is increasing in a position within a range of around 15-40%, preferably around 23-28%, from the leading edge in a chord length.
