<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly reliably set an importance for subsidiary contents prepared by secondarily utilizing contents. <P>SOLUTION: By utilizing directly utilized content information specifying what is the directly utilized contents which are the additional information of the subsidiary contents and are directly and secondarily utilized contents when preparing the subsidiary contents, the importance based on generation relation with other subsidiary contents is set. The subsidiary contents are the secondary creation utilizing other contents as an editing material, and the relation of secondary utilization can be viewed as the generation relation.
